About The Recovery Academy
The MBE CEO Pandemic Recovery Academy in partnership with The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is a transformative 6-week executive education academy designed to provide new insights and knowledge learning for minority-owned firms who continue to operate in a post-pandemic economy.
We incorporated cutting edge simulation technology across 6 disciplines to give business owners exposure to real life experiences and challenges which will strengthen business acumen and decision-making skills.

The MBE CEO Pandemic Recovery Academy was interesting, organized and engaging. Each instructor/mentor presented information that piqued my interest and sparked dialogue amongst the cohort. In addition to the weekly presenters, the Academy incorporated homework assignments that were online simulations that included digital marketing and business and supply chain management. Admittedly, I found the simulation to be most intriguing which, not intentionally, nurtured interaction through competition (at least for me). Overall, I truly appreciate the opportunity to participate in the MBE CEO Pandemic Recovery Academy and found it to be thoughtfully planned and well worth the time I allotted to learn and refresh my leadership skills.
